Ready to improve your life with food? Savory Living is a 12 session online healthy eating & cooking lifestyle program that guides you step-by-step to get your eating working right for YOU! You’ll learn how to eat to reduce inflammation to solve what you care about (moods, energy, weight, pain, headaches, digestive issues, food sensitivities, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes etc.). And you’ll master the time-saving eating, cooking & flavoring skills to turn eating right for you into a lifestyle that you love! It’s a nutrition class + healthy cooking class + private coach that runs online, on your schedule.

If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under our wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
