We are excited to announce the launch of our confidential, online mental health programs for MMHG employees and families.Learn to Live is an online resource for those of us struggling with stress, depression, sleeplessness, substance use or social anxiety, providing help anywhere, any time.
You and family members (age 13 and older) can enroll for free in any of our interactive programs: RESILIENCE I STRESS, ANXIETY & WORRY I SOCIAL ANXIETY I DEPRESSION I INSOMNIA I SUBSTANCE USE I PANIC. We encourage you to take a quick assessment to find out if any of these challenges are impacting your life as we experience COVID-19 together.
